As the largest mail processor in Wisconsin, our lettershop facility can process more than two million pieces of mail in a single day. With a high degree of accuracy, we offer intelligent and selective inserting to create highly personalized multiple page statement and marketing communications.

Inserting

We combine our sophisticated programming techniques with data-driven inserting technologies that insure every page of every document is collated, folded and inserted with the exact combination of marketing materials and other inserts. Then, every mail piece is accounted for before we enter your mail into the mailstream. If a problem is detected during processing, our equipment immediately shuts down and our operator corrects it before resuming the run.

Bindery and Other Services

Our lettershop technology doesn't end with inserting. We provide high-tech bindery services including cutting, folding and bursting as well as tip-on equipment that allows us to affix coins, magnets, stickers and even post-it notes to your mail pieces.

Optional Procedure Mailing System

Because we maintain very strict standards for accuracy, we are permitted by the United States Postal Service^®(USPS^®) to take part in the Optional Procedure Mailing System (OP), and a representative from the Postal Service™ is at our plant every day to verify our mail on-site. This allows for fast-track entry into the mailstream.¹
